Shipping Policy
We currently offer shipping in Canada and the United States only. Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days. Canada orders are shipped with Chit Chats Select or Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Orders to the United States are shipped with USPS via Chit Chats. A tracking number will be sent to your email provided when your order has been fulfilled. Please ensure you provide an email address at check out. Allow 3-7 business days for shipping. For customers in more rural areas, please allow an additional 1-4 business days.
Additional charges may apply for heavier/larger orders, and we will contact you before shipping.
We will not be held responsible for any shipping delays out of our control. These can include but not be limited to inclement weather, courier delays, strikes, and transit issues.
International customers please contact us for all purchasing and shipping inquiries.
- Flat rate of $10 for British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan (BC, AB, and SK). Taxes applicable.
- Flat rate of $15 for Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. (MB, ON, QC, NS, NB, PE, NL, NT, YT, and NU). Taxes applicable.
- Flat rate of $20 for all states in the United States of America.
- All orders over $100 before taxes ship for free. Canada only.

Refund Policy
All used items, studio samples, and fabric remnants are final sale. Please take the time to read item details carefully before purchasing. Feel free to send us an email at [email protected] if you require further product information.
New, and unopened/unused items can be returned for an exchange or online shop credit. Return item(s) must be currently stocked and not discontinued. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Return must be completed within 30 days of buyer receiving order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. All returns require a return authorization from Sheila Wong Fashion Design Studio Ltd before any goods will be accepted for return. Please email [email protected]
