In-studio bookings are available. We have developed mindful safety protocols, providing both our clients and our team a safe space to be creative and learn. Digital lessons are still available and highly encouraged as a great way to decrease the amount of community spread and maintain physical distancing.
Pre-Screening |
All clients will be pre-screened by email or phone 24 hours prior to their booking. If you have symptoms of being sick or have been in contact with an individual who is sick you will be asked to reschedule your booking at no charge.

In Studio Mindfulness |
We will remain “Appointment Only”. No walk in’s will be permitted. New inquires need to contact us to book an appointment.
Clients are asked to arrive just before their scheduled booking. We will be keeping the door to the studio closed. Upon entry please leave all personal belongings in the designated front waiting area. We require all clients to wash their hands in our kitchenette upon arrival and re-entry into the studio. All clients and employees are required to wear a mask while in studio. Re-usable fabric masks are a great option (especially if you have sewn it!), but we have single-use disposable masks available. The studio has always and continues to be fully stocked with all the necessary supplies and tools for clients to use during their bookings. Due to the high touch-rate of certain items, clients are highly encouraged to bring in their own note paper, pencil, pen, eraser, scissors, and pins during this time. Our complimentary drinks and snack area is temporarily not available during this time. We have added extra time between clients to allow for increased sanitization of all surfaces, equipment, tools and supplies. This is in addition to the rigorous cleaning schedule that we already adhere to daily. |
Payment |
Touch-less payment methods are preferred. Paying over the phone using a credit card or by email transfer are great touch-less payment methods. In-studio payment by debit or credit will still be accepted. Our payment terminal is regularly disinfected after each use. Cash payment will only be accepted when provided in exact amount and within an envelope.
To reduce the amount of time clients spend in the studio, and to further enhance safe physical distancing, all scheduling will be done over the phone (604-685-8997) or by email (bookings@swfds.com) only. |
Our Team |
The same protocols for our clients are followed by our team. All members will perform self assessments of their own personal health on a daily basis, wear masks while in studio, wash their hands regularly and sanitize their work area before and after each shift. Physical distancing of 2 meters will be respected with team members and clients. To reduce the amount of people in the studio, our team will be working on staggered days, and continue working from home when possible. Each member of our team is making the effort to find safe physical distancing methods when commuting to the studio. Clients are encouraged to do the same when possible.
